Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK seeks a Graduate Project Manager for its Cyber & Intelligence business in Cheltenham. Our Graduate Programme

Our structured two‑year Graduate Programme is designed to help you turn your academic knowledge and wider experience into practical project management expertise. Starting in September 2027, the programme will give you opportunities to experience different project types, develop your skills and interests, and build the foundations for a long‑term career. You will have a dedicated mentor, buddy, project lead and line manager, providing guidance and support throughout your development. From the beginning, you will be a valued member of the project team. You will work directly with other project managers, build your network across Northrop Grumman UK and take ownership of your development journey. Successful completion of the programme could lead to an opportunity as a Project Support Officer or Junior Project Manager.

Essential

• A predicted or awarded degree in Project Management, Business Management, Engineering or a related subject (or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills through work experience or other training)
• Familiarity with basic project management methodologies and tools
• Experience contributing to a project delivery team, which could include a university project
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment
• An interest in developing solutions to a variety of problems
• A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of your professional growth
