Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join the Site Development and Projects team, supporting the delivery of projects from concept to completion and aiding the Estates department with seamless handover back to the business.

You will embed into the team, manage administration, process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and contractor coordination to drive continuous improvement in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree (2:1 minimum) in construction or built environment.
• Proactive, creative and solution-focused.
• Ability to work independently and communicate at all levels.
• Experience with MS Office; proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AutoCAD or BIM and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Assist with project planning, programming, and procurement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Help with budget planning, timelines and risk management.
• Assist with document control and contract reporting.
• Support with regular progress and budget reporting.
• Liaise with Estates for smooth handover at completion.
