Job summary

Scottish Water Horizons is offering a Graduate Programme for aspiring Project Managers. You will rotate through placements over three years, gaining hands-on experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and milestone tracking, with structured training and mentoring.

You will start on a permanent contract with a starting salary of £33,000 and progress to £44,030 on milestones, eventually moving into a permanent Project Manager role to impact Scotland’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates within the last three years (or about to graduate) with a degree in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 2:2 classification.
• Demonstrated passion for infrastructure, sustainability and positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure to enable growth and sustainability across Scotland.
• Contribute to projects such as housing developments, hydrogen production, and data centers.
• Assist in project delivery, milestone tracking, and reporting to senior managers.
