Graduate Project Manager

The Role

We're a ground-breaking collaboration between eight leading organisations - Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO - and we deliver over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.

We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our team working on major water and environmental projects as part of long-term capital investment programmes in AMP8. You will gain hands-on experience managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that make a real difference to people and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Assist in managing project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resources
• Monitor project progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases
• Attend site visits, design reviews, and construction meetings to gain end-to-end project insight

Essential

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and the water industry

Desirable

• Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
