This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a background in Chemical, Process, or Food Engineering to join an experienced, supportive project delivery team. • Assisting with project scheduling, health & safety compliance, risk management, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinating across departments and stakeholders - including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets to ensure delivery to high standards.
  • Contributing to safety and pre-construction assessments aligned with CDM and EHS regulations.
  • Maintaining project documentation and supporting internal reporting standards.
  • Building professional relationships and helping to identify process improvements or future opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree (or predicted) in Chemical, Food Process, or other relevant Engineering disciplines, ideally with a 2:1 or higher.
  • A real passion for engineering and project management.
  • Some form of industry experience. E.g. Placement year, internship, or work experience is highly desirable.
  • A proactive mindset with strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business.

What's On Offer

  • £26,000 Basic Salary
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Birthday Day Off + Public Holidays
  • Private Healthcare
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Free Onsite Parking
  • Training, Mentoring & Clear Development Pathways

Why Apply?

This is the perfect opportunity for an engineering graduate looking to break into project management and grow within a company that values innovation, development, and cooperative thinking.
