Growing consultancy seeking Grad / Assistant Project Managers to join their team in Milton Keynes. This isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about finding people who care about delivering great work, building strong relationships, and developing their careers in a supportive environment.

You’ll work on a mix of exciting construction projects, helping to deliver them on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Depending on your experience, you’ll either take ownership of smaller projects or support larger schemes — always with a team that’s got your back.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading or supporting the full lifecycle of construction projects
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Managing budgets, timelines, and project activities
• Handling contract administration, reporting, and problem-solving
• Supporting junior colleagues and being supported by seniors
• Participating actively in a collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in a built environment or related field
• Progressing towards (or already holding) membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, or similar
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with others and building trust
• Ability to keep projects moving, even during busy periods
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to improve
• Proficient with common project and office software
