You'll gain genuine responsibility from day one, working alongside experienced Project Managers who will mentor and support you as you progress towards chartership and develop into a confident project professional.

The Role

As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion while developing your technical knowledge and project management skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the management of project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Preparing project reports, monitoring progress, and maintaining key documentation.
  • Supporting procurement activities and contractor engagement.
  • Attending project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Learning to identify, monitor, and manage project risks and change.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with health & safety legislation and industry regulations.
About You

We’re looking for an ambitious graduate who’s eager to build a successful career in construction project management. You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or another construction‑related discipline.
  • A genuine passion for project management within the built environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Confidence when engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • An interest in infrastructure and/or building projects.
  • An understanding of NEC or JCT contracts, or the enthusiasm to learn.
  • A desire to work towards professional accreditation such as APM or RICS.
What’s on Offer
  • Full support towards chartership and ongoing professional development.
  • Paid professional memberships and subscriptions.
  • Travel expenses covered for office and project site visits.
  • A clear career progression pathway within a growing Project Management team.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of high‑profile projects across multiple sectors.
  • A collaborative, social, and people‑focused working environment where your development is genuinely prioritised. Plus more!

If you’re looking for the perfect opportunity to launch your career with a consultancy that invests in its people and offers genuine progression, we’d love to hear from you.
