ea Change is offering a Graduate Project Manager opportunity for a 24-month fixed-term contract in Cardiff and Bristol. The role is designed to develop experts in Business Change and IT Transformation with a starting salary of £26,000 in year one.

This programme focuses on hands-on project delivery, working onsite with clients, collaboration with senior staff, and a pathway into leadership in Change and IT projects. Hybrid working and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong soft skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent).
• Interest in Change and IT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Project Manager, you would instantaneously become a pivotal resource onsite for one of our clients, collaborating closely with senior staff and working end-to-end on a project lifecycle. Your role is crucial in contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success; It's dynamic, exciting, and no week is similar to the last.
