Purpose of the Role

The GraduateProject Manager role offers a structured entry into A2V’s fast-paced project environment. Working closely with experienced Project Managers, Buying Managers, and Product Teams, you will learn how to coordinate orders, manage timelines, and communicate with global suppliers and customers. This role is ideal for a recentgraduatewith a degree in Project Management or a related field , ready to build a rewarding career through hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

• Assist Project Managers with the execution of orders from tender to delivery.
• Help track timelines, milestones, and deadlines usingmonday.comand live order trackers.
• Attend and minute critical path meetings, supporting updates and actions for internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and assist in folder and data management.
• Support communication with customers and suppliers under guidance.
• Learn how to handle order queries, update case mixes, and assist with spec or sample follow-ups.
• Help upload documents to customer portals and support on customer order trackers.

Data & Reporting

• Assist with the preparation of internal reports and dashboards, including sell-through analysis, order status, and risk alerts.
• Log and maintain records of sample approvals, quote requests, and commercial grids.

Process Learning & Development

• Learn A2V’s internal CPA (Critical Path Analysis) processes, including job sheets, check-ins, and project folders.
• Begin to understand customer project workflows including tender submissions, setup, and post-order tracking.
• Shadow experienced team members to build confidence in decision-making and stakeholder coordination.
• Participate in A2V’s structured training programme, progressing toward Junior Project Manager responsibilities within 12–18 months.
• Opportunity to completePrince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, fully funded by A2V.
• Ongoing support through regular 1:1s, mentoring, and cross-departmental learning (e.g., supply chain, compliance, product).

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and project tracking tools (training provided).

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree inProject Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline (2:1 or above preferred).
• Strong academic understanding of project lifecycles, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Internship or work experience in a project, operations, or retail environment is a plus, but not required.

Progression Pathway

This role is the first step in A2V’s Project Management career path . With successful performance and training, theGraduateProject Manager will transition to:

• Junior Project Manager(typically after 12–18 months)
• Project Manager(2–3 years’ total experience)
• Further progression toSenior Project Manageror cross-functional leadership roles is encouraged.
