Job summary

Multiplex is a leading international construction company offering the Graduate Programme 2027. The programme provides structured learning, professional mentoring, and practical experience across major projects, with on‑the‑job rotations to develop technical and behavioral skills.

We welcome graduates from Construction Management/Building, Engineering, Quantity Surveying/Cost Planning, Architecture or related degrees.

Qualifications

• All experience levels considered; degree level qualification is a minimum.
• Eligible fields include Construction Management/Building, Engineering, Quantity Surveying/Cost Planning, Architecture/Design or related degree.

The Graduate Programme 2027 offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to develop their careers through structured learning, professional mentoring, and practical experience across major construction projects.

Duties

Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive development programme designed to build technical knowledge, industry experience, and professional skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals. The programme also provides opportunities to develop expertise across a range of specialist disciplines within the business.

Our programme:

While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development programme with on-the-job rotations and structured learning designed to build your technical and behavioural skills. In the process, you'll enjoy a dynamic working environment where no two days are ever the same.

Through targeted rotations, you will progressively achieve core competencies across key technical areas such as Commercial, Design, Site Supervision, Health & Safety, Planning, Building Services & Package Management, and given access to some of our best and most experienced people in the industry.

With operations around the world, at completion of the program we are also able to offer mobility opportunities internationally.

The starting date for our programme is September 2027.

All experience level will be considered. However degree level qualification is a minimum requirement for this role.
