Job summary
Allstate NI in Belfast offers a full-time Graduate Product Engineer role as part of the ANI Early Careers Development Programme. You will work within an Allstate Technology Solutions team, building high-quality, scalable applications and gaining hands-on experience across the full tech stack using Java, Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and DevOps tools.

Qualifications
- Must have an IT/engineering degree with 2:1 classification or better.
- Recent graduate by Sep 2027 or within 2 years of graduation.
- Less than one year of relevant professional experience.
- Strong programming and system design fundamentals.
- Curious, collaborative and passionate about building high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Contribute across the full technology stack with modern languages and cloud tech.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features with teams to meet goals.
- Apply design thinking to create user-centric digital products and solve problems.
- Foster a positive team culture and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
- Track KPIs and measure performance to drive improvements.
