And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. The Allstate Early Career Development Programme is designed to help you launch your career in technology. Working across the full technology stack, you will gain hands on experience with a range of modern technologies and engineering practices, which may include programming languages such as Java, Python and JavaScript, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps tools, and front-end and back-end development frameworks used to deliver innovative products and solutions for Allstate and its customers. The ANI Early Careers training programme provides a structured introduction to Allstate, combining onboarding, business awareness and professional skills development. A key focus is building AI literacy from day one, with dedicated sessions on AI fundamentals and practical AI learning, alongside training in communication, resilience, decision making and customer experience. The programme helps graduates build early connections, understand the business and develop the skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven environment. After six months of various learnings online and in person, we ask participants to present their growth journey, reflecting on both their technical achievements and personal development since joining the organisation. Training and development activities during the programme will be delivered in person to provide hands-on learning and networking opportunities.
All applicants must demonstrate they have a legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate. Allstate is not providing sponsorship for this programme.
