FC Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Product Design Engineer in Exeter. The role focuses on developing concepts through to detailed designs and production, offering hands-on design experience in a growing team.

This permanent, full-time position requires a degree in product or industrial design and experience with 3D CAD tools. You will work on varied projects and gain exposure to manufacturing processes and prototyping.

Qualifications

• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design or similar.
• Experience using 3D CAD design software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion, etc.).
• Strong creative thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to produce sketches, concepts and visual presentations.
• Good understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with prototyping or workshop processes beneficial.
