Job summary

Sherborne Talent Solutions is seeking Graduate Methods Engineers to join a world-class team in Belfast. You will work alongside experienced engineers to help develop and improve manufacturing processes across our production facilities, gaining hands-on experience in process improvement, new technology implementation, and continuous improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• On-track to graduate by Summer 2026 is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigation, evaluation, and introduction of new manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Support projects that improve processes by increasing productivity and reducing waste.
• Gather and analyse process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review existing methods and compare with best practices across the business.

Education
