I am working with a global leader in electric power solutions who are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer based in Larne, Northern Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team within a major international engineering organization, where you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing systems and operations. The role involves working on complex projects that support critical infrastructure worldwide, including hospitals, data centers, and emergency response systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing manufacturing and assembly projects, including New Product Introductions (NPIs)
• Strong skills in efficiency improvement, line balancing, and cost-per-hour analysis
• The ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively at all levels
• Proven experience in process documentation, technical support, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment
• A degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing engineering role
