Stantec seeks a Graduate Process Engineer for the Southampton office, contributing to water and wastewater projects, developing design solutions and gaining exposure to the water industry. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and support option development, calculations, and technical reports throughout the project lifecycle.

The role supports professional development toward IChemE/CIWEM accreditation, with a dynamic early-career network and a commitment to sustainable process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Interest in the water industry.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering input across water and wastewater projects.
• Analyse and interpret technical data to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to option development, design calculations, and reports across the project lifecycle.
• Work with civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental and modelling specialists.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide clear technical input.
• Develop understanding of sustainable process solutions and nature-based approaches.
