Job summary

Stantec in Reading is inviting applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Process Engineer. You will contribute to water sector projects, develop practical engineering solutions and work alongside experienced engineers on wastewater treatment, water recycling and clean water initiatives.

You will analyse data, support option development and design calculations across the project lifecycle, collaborating with civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental teams.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate technical input clearly.
• Develop understanding of sustainable process solutions and nature-based approaches.
