As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will evaluate lots, perform root cause analyses, support process controls, and develop data scripts in Python or R to improve yield and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Physics or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with semiconductor physics and wafer fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage lots on hold due to quality or electrical issues, providing timely feedback to process teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve site yield.
• Oversee automotive process controls including DPAT, SYL and SBL.
• Develop and maintain PROMIS routes, yield and quality reports, and data scripts using Python/R and SPC tools.
• Assist in the introduction of new products and participate in Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
