As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside class teachers to support children’s learning, helping them to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering small group or one-to-one interventions in phonics, literacy, numeracy and more
• Providing targeted support to children with SEND, EAL or additional needs
• Supporting classroom routines and assisting with resource preparation
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating environment for all pupils
• Helping pupils to develop their confidence, creativity and independence

Whether you’re working with Reception children mastering their first words or supporting Year 6 pupils preparing for SATs, your role as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will be hugely rewarding.
