KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to support SEND pupils in Wirral, Merseyside. You will help children overcome barriers to learning and access education in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree and a patient, enthusiastic approach; strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Previous experience with children or SEND is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• A degree in any subject; psychology, education or related fields are advantageous.
• A patient, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to primary-aged pupils.
• Support children with additional learning, social and emotional needs.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and tailored learning plans.
• Encourage positive behaviour, communication and independence.
• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
