Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD is seeking a Graduate Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils with SEND, helping children overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and access education in a supportive environment.

This role involves one-to-one and small-group support, assisting teachers with tailored learning plans, and promoting positive behaviour, communication and independence in a safe, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject; Psychology, Education or related fields advantageous.
• Patient, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine interest in supporting children with SEND.
• Previous experience with children or SEND is beneficial but not essential.
