Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across the primary school.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
• Supporting pupils with their academic development.
• Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
• Helping children develop confidence, independence and engagement.
• Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team.
• Supporting classroom activities and behaviour.
