Job summary

Capgemini in the UK is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join the PMO team across multiple locations, supporting the Cloud Infrastructure business. The role provides training, mentoring, and real exposure to project delivery with eventual progression to manage your own projects.

The intake is for April 2027, with hybrid working and a path to develop through Capgemini's learning ecosystem. A minimum 2:2 degree is required, and BPSS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree (or studying towards) and degree completed before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support across PMO services, including Financial Management, Planning Coordination, Reporting, and PMO Administration.
• Opportunity to gain experience across multiple PMO areas and mentoring schemes to develop your career.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and project teams; work under a PMO Lead/PMO Manager and progress to manage projects of your own.
