Graduate Pharmaceutical Operator

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire

The role

If you have recently graduated with a Biomedical Science or Pharmaceutical Science degree, or have industry experience and seek career progression, this opportunity is for you. We are expanding our Aseptic Services Unit to provide personalized Parenteral Nutrition. You will start in the picking or packing team and can progress to an Aseptic Compounder within your first year through dedicated training.

The role involves working 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, or 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, based in Runcorn.

Responsibilities

• Follow production plans to deliver parenteral nutrition
• Assemble raw ingredients for final pharmaceutical products per patient requirements
• Replenish materials and components for upcoming shifts
• Maintain and clean areas according to SOPs
• Dispose of waste from cleanrooms per procedures
• Work within a controlled production environment
• Possess a degree in a life sciences subject
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team
• Handle stress and pressure effectively
• No weekend or night shift work
