Rentokil Initial in Luton is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to support customers across Luton and surrounding areas, starting with 6–12 months covering a defined geography and receiving comprehensive training. You will inspect premises, advise on hygiene, and complete detailed reports while maintaining a professional image.

A minimum 2.2 degree in science/BSc or BA in Business Management/Hospitality/Tourism is required, and a DBS check may be needed for some roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• No prior pest control experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Resolve pest problems and remove evidence of pest behaviour.
• Advise customers on hygiene and maintenance to prevent issues.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
