Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is offering the Accelerate Programme for graduates. Over roughly 19 to 21 months you will progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through structured learning, coaching and hands-on client experience.

Qualifications

• Interest in data, analytics and AI
• Experience with or interest in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Generative AI, and LLMs
• Strong analytical and communications skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Work on live client projects and contribute to transformation programmes
• Develop consulting and technical skills through structured learning and hands-on client experience
• Aim for industry-recognised certifications and continuous learning opportunities
