Capgemini Invent UK runs an Intelligent Industries Graduate Programme (Associate Consultant). The scheme blends structured learning, coaching and hands-on client experience across multiple locations, with an induction, training and fast-track progression.

Candidates should be within commuting distance of offices in London, Manchester or Glasgow. You’ll join the Accelerate Programme, progressing into your chosen pathway while gaining exposure to live client engagements and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required for training and early client work.
• Interest in technology-led business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data or business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather information on operations via interviews and workshops.
• Create presentations and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
