An established and respected property law firm based in the heart of Liverpool is looking to expand its team with the addition of an enthusiastic and driven Paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals at the start of their legal career, including recent graduates, who are looking to develop professionally within a supportive and high-performing legal environment.


The Role
This role offers a broad introduction to working in a busy legal practice and involves supporting the legal team with the day-to-day management and administration of property-related caseloads. You'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to a variety of legal and administrative tasks, including:

  • Updating and managing data on legal and client systems
  • Assisting with reviewing and assessing new instructions under supervision
  • Monitoring case progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Drafting correspondence and routine legal documents
  • Handling client communications and queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Supporting internal reporting requirements and financial processes
  • Carrying out general office and case-related administrative duties
