Job summary

Tadaweb in London is seeking a motivated Graduate OSINT Specialist to join our CSM team. You will provide analytical, operational and customer-facing support across accounts, helping strengthen resilience and improve service delivery.

This role offers hands-on platform experience, training content development, and potential progression to junior CSM roles, with three days per week in the London office and eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operational & Analytical Support: Conduct routine OSINT analysis to support customer accounts.
• Customer Enablement & Content Development: Contribute to use cases, training materials, workshops, and release notes.
• Customer Engagement & Delivery: Support on-site activities, shadow embedded analysts, and deliver training sessions.
• Team Resilience & Cross-Account Support: Provide cross-account operational support and knowledge sharing.
