Job summary

Tech Against Terrorism is seeking a Senior OSINT Analyst in London. Hybrid role (2 days per week) with a strong focus on leading advanced OSINT investigations, data analysis, and tooling development within TCAP.

You will report to the OSINT Lead and contribute to strategic projects across government and tech platforms. The role demands 3–6 years of OSINT experience, proficiency with OSINT tools, and the ability to handle sensitive content.

Qualifications

• Typically 3 to 6 years' experience in OSINT work in public or private sectors, including leading investigations or projects.
• Excellent knowledge of OSINT tools and investigative methodologies.
• Ability to handle graphic or distressing content with professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced OSINT/SOCMINT investigations; design collection plans; lead complex investigations end to end.
• Direct collection priorities for analysts and enrich datasets with TCAP inputs.
• Produce high-quality government and platform-facing reports and provide senior QC on others' reporting.
• Respond to real-time incidents and alert platforms and authorities as part of on-call duties.
• Lead funded projects, develop workflows, and contribute to SOPs and proposals.
• Lead testing and adoption of new tools; advise on operational security and ethics.
• Represent Tech Against Terrorism with stakeholders and at conferences.
• Develop team capabilities by mentoring analysts and delivering OSINT training.
