Based in Ballymena for Business and Engineering with London for Engineering, the programme includes structured development, mentorship, and access to courses and workshops to stretch your knowledge and grow professionally.

• Willing to travel and work between Ballymena and London sites.

Business Graduate Scheme

This programme has been developed for graduates who demonstrate a strong interest in understanding how a successful organisation operates. Encompassing strategic planning, commercial decision‑making, and the management of people and culture.

This programme is for engineering graduates who have a strong interest in applying their technical expertise within a dynamic, multi-discipline environment. This programme will offer you exposure to mechanical and electrical projects.

Criteria

• To join our programmes, you must be studying for a relevant degree and be on course for or have achieved a grade 2.1 or above.
• Our graduate roles are based in Ballymena for Business and Engineering and London for Engineering, with travel required. You must be flexible and willing to travel and work between our sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
