Dowds in Ballymena invites applicants to join the first Dowds Graduate Scheme delivered over two years, commencing September 2027. The graduate programmes cover Business, Building Services and Engineering, with opportunities across the UK and Ireland and dedicated training and mentoring throughout the scheme.

You will be based in Ballymena for Business and Engineering tracks, with London as a base for Engineering, and travel between sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Engineering Graduate Scheme

This programme is for engineering graduates who have a strong interest in applying their technical expertise within a dynamic, multi-discipline environment. This programme will offer you exposure to mechanical and electrical projects.

Criteria

• To join our programmes, you must be studying for a relevant degree and be on course for or have achieved a grade 2.1 or above.
• Our graduate roles are based in Ballymena for Business and Engineering and London for Engineering, with travel required. You must be flexible and willing to travel and work between our sites across the UK and Northern Ireland.
