Responsibilities

• People Management – Support, motivate and develop colleagues, building engagement and accountability.
• Operational Leadership – Develop the ability to manage day-to-day operations and deliver high standards.
• KPI & Performance Management – Monitor KPIs and support improvement actions.
• Sales & Business Growth – Support local sales activity and customer acquisition.
• Customer Service – Champion excellent service and resolve issues quickly.
• Stock Management – Assist with stock control and inventory levels.
• Fleet Management – Help manage vehicle fleet utilisation and compliance.
• Cost & Financial Control – Understand costs and budgets to improve profitability.
• Retail & Operational Management – Gain hands-on experience across the operation.
