Job summary

HIVED is building the UK's 100% electric parcel delivery network and seeks graduates for the Graduate Operations Executive Programme. From day one you will own real problems, drive real decisions, and sit at the heart of a business shaping modern logistics.

The 13-month programme includes 3-4 month rotations across Ops Run, Central Ops and Network/SIO, with opportunities to move into Marketing, Product, and Founders’ Office after grounding in Operations.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated and ready for the next move.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Natural problem solver who fixes broken processes.
• Comfortable using AI assistants and automation tools to reduce repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Ops Run, Central Ops and Network/SIO to learn daily operations and capacity planning.
• Contribute to process design, SOP creation and data analysis within rotations.
• Shadow teams to understand how sales, finance, engineering and logistics fit together.
