This is a varied role working within a foundry environment. Daily responsibilities include working closely with the quality and technical teams to review customer metallurgical drawings, develop work instructions for manufacturing, and ensure traceability of melting and metal processes. You will suggest process improvements, support production planning and operations to meet targets, conduct microstructural testing using optical and digital tools, perform root cause analysis for defects, implement corrective actions, and generate reports for customer returns and internal audits.
