Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a First-Class Graduate Mentor in London to support ambitious secondary school students across KS3-5. The role is a permanent contract, full-time and term-time only, based in Tower Hamlets with a September 2026 start.

You will mentor high-achieving students, provide subject-specific academic support, run workshops and guidance on university applications, and collaborate with teaching staff to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree (any discipline).
• Experience working with young people in educational or mentoring contexts.
• A confident and inspiring communicator.

• Strong academic background and excellent organisational skills.
