Job summary

Academics in London is seeking a Graduate Mentor to support students in Years 7–9 with mentoring, behavioural and pastoral guidance and classroom assistance.

The successful candidate will become a positive role model, set clear boundaries, and help students stay focused and engaged at school. The role involves collaboration with teachers and pastoral staff and may include supporting sports and extracurricular activities.

The Role - Graduate Mentor - Ealing

The Graduate Mentor will work predominantly with students in Years 7, 8 and 9, providing mentoring, behavioural and pastoral support alongside classroom assistance. w looking for someone who can become a positive role model for students and build strong, trusting relationships. The successful Graduate Mentor will be confident setting boundaries, encouraging positive behaviour and helping students remain focused and engaged in school.

This Graduate Mentor role would suit a graduate with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys working with young people and has the confidence to motivate and encourage students.

The school is particularly interested in graduates with experience or interests in:
