Mech Electrics Limited is recruiting a Graduate Mechanical Project Manager in Bury to join our growing building services team. This entry‑level role offers mentoring and hands‑on experience gaining exposure to mechanical projects from start to finish.

You will work alongside experienced project managers, assisting with planning, procurement and site visits to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This is ideal for graduates starting a career in project management.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualifications.
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing or mechanical installation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of mechanical projects.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day delivery.
• Attend site meetings and carry out site visits.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with procurement of materials and plant.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones.
• Support project documentation and administration.

Our client is a thriving mechanical building services contractor delivering projects across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Assistant Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

The Role
