Description	Job title: Graduate Naval Ships Mechanical Engineer Location: Scotstoun (Glasgow) We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5days per week. Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus What you’ll be doing: • Capturing and analysing requirements to understand the customer/business needs and the context in which the system will be used. • Supporting the design and optimisation of system architectures and solutions using system modelling techniques. • Facilitating successful integration of systems and sub-systems. • Identifying and mitigating failure modes. • Supporting the identification of safety hazards and the assessment and mitigation of safety risk. • Creating high quality written reports and calculations to back up engineering decisions. Qualification requirements	As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Mechanical bias degree.
