Job summary

MBDA is recruiting a Mechanical and Climatic Engineer for a 2027 graduate programme in the UK. The role involves designing instrumentation for data gathering, conducting trials at external sites, and analysing results to meet MBDA specifications.

The programme spans four six-month placements with mentoring and potential Chartership opportunities. Starting September 2027, the scheme offers a salary of £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus, with hybrid working 3–4 days on-site and a company bonus up

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline to a minimum 2.2.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to undertake security checks and BPSS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental and structural testing within MBDA's lab and facilities.
• Contribute to trials and data analysis across EE&F domains.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones.
