Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting Maths Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, Maths Intervention Tutors and Cover Supervisors across Coventry and surrounding areas. This part-time, flexible role suits graduates seeking classroom experience while fitting around commitments.

Flourish Education are currently recruiting Maths Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, Maths Intervention Tutors and Cover Supervisors within secondary schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas.

Are you a Maths Graduate looking to gain experience in a secondary school? Perhaps you are considering becoming a teacher and want to build up your classroom experience before applying for teacher training, or you are looking for a part-time and flexible role that can fit around your existing commitments.

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Maths Graduates who can support secondary-aged pupils with their Mathematics. This could involve working one-to-one with pupils, delivering small-group interventions, supporting GCSE revision or helping pupils who have fallen behind to catch up with their learning.

With a range of part-time, flexible, long-term and day-to-day opportunities available, this role could suit a Maths Graduate looking to work a few days per week while gaining valuable experience within education.

You may also have the opportunity to work as a Cover Supervisor, providing whole-class cover when required and developing valuable skills in classroom management, communication and lesson delivery.

The role will involve:

Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant, you will receive:

• £92.59 to £100 day rate, which equates to approximately £17,340 to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunity is based across the south and east of Coventry and the surrounding areas.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are able to travel to schools in areas including Finham, Binley, Willenhall, Walsgrave, Stoke Aldermoor, Whitley, Cheylesmore and Exhall.

Opportunities may also be suitable for candidates based in nearby Warwickshire areas including Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Baginton and Ryton-on-Dunsmore, depending on the location of the school.
