Volkswagen Group UK in Milton Keynes is launching its Marketing & Customer Experience Graduate Programme for 2027. Over two years you’ll rotate through Digital, CRM, Performance Marketing and Customer Management, gaining hands-on experience, coaching and exposure to real projects while being part of a supportive team.

You’ll need a degree in any discipline and a passion for customers; the programme offers training, a starting salary of 31,800, 27 days holiday, pension, car schemes and flexible

Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards a degree in any discipline.
• Creative with strong communication skills and a passion for customers.
• Based within a reasonable distance from the Milton Keynes head office and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Support Digital content development and maintenance across brands' digital touchpoints.
• Assist CRM marketing activities to strengthen relationships with customers and the retailer network.
• Support Performance Marketing to deliver innovative campaigns across digital channels.
