Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK invites applications for its Marketing & Customer Experience Graduate Programme for 2027 in Milton Keynes. The two-year scheme offers placements across Digital, CRM, Performance Marketing and Customer Management, with mentorship and development throughout.

You will start on £31,800 per year, with 27 days holiday, car schemes, pension, flexible benefits, wellbeing support and an on-site restaurant. Eligibility to work in the UK and proximity to MK head office are required.

Qualifications

• Holds or is working towards a degree in any discipline.
• Creative eye with strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Must be based within reasonable distance from Milton Keynes head office and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Learn across Digital, CRM, Performance Marketing and Customer Management rotations.
• Develop content across brands’ digital touchpoints.
• Support CRM marketing activities and customer insights.
• Participate in a two-year structured graduate scheme with placements.
