The programme is a 2-year experience designed to develop future hospitality leaders.

Participants will spend two years in different properties across the UK/Ireland, gaining knowledge in hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.

Participants will receive coaching from industry experts and mentorship from senior management, supporting personal and professional development. Innovation and curiosity are encouraged to help implement key business projects shaping the company's future.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone passionate about operational hospitality, eager to experience diverse roles from Food & Beverage to Front Office.
• Someone with insight into hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and prepared to relocate after the first year.
• Currently pursuing or about to complete a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism by September 2025.
• Have the right to work in the UK/Ireland for the duration of the programme.
• Available to start in September 2025.
• Ready to develop and grow with Klarent Hospitality in this exciting opportunity.
