Klarent Hospitality is excited to announce we are now accepting applications for our Klarent Graduate Programme 2025!

The programme is a 2-year experience designed to develop future hospitality leaders. Your two years will be spent at two different properties in the UK/Ireland, enhancing your knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.

You will receive coaching from industry experts and mentorship from senior management, providing extensive personal and professional development. Your innovation and curiosity will be vital in supporting key business projects to shape the company's future.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone passionate about operational aspects of hospitality, eager to experience a variety of roles from our fast-paced Food & Beverage Department to delivering first-class customer service in our Front Office.
• Someone with insight into the exciting world of hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and prepared to relocate after the first year.
• Currently pursuing or about to complete a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism discipline by September 2025.
• Have the right to work in the UK/Ireland for the duration of the programme.
• Available to start in September 2025.
• Ready to develop and grow with Klarent Hospitality in this exciting opportunity.
