AB InBev invites graduates to join its 10-month Graduate Management Trainee Programme (GMT). You will rotate across Sales, Commercial, and Supply & Logistics, tackling real business projects and applying a 70/20/10 learning model. The program targets recent graduates ready to grow into future leaders within AB InBev.

You should have graduated by September 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, possess fluent English, and be willing to geographic mobility and travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Graduate before Sept 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteer/student jobs are not counted).
• Fluent English and native language of applying country; valid visa/work permit required.

Responsabilités

• Undertake a 10-month GMT programme with 3–4 month rotations across Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics.
• Engage in real business projects and learn via 70/20/10 learning approach (on the job, exposure, formal training).
• Demonstrate leadership, ownership, agility, and collaboration to become a future AB InBev leader.

What is it? Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a 10 months program starting in August 2027 3–4-month rotations within the program As a junior talent, you will work on real business projects situated in Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other, 10% Formal Learning & Training

You are willing to become a future leader within AB InBev, and should be comfortable with an ambiguous career track, and expect geographic mobility.

To be eligible:

You must have graduated (before September 2027 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included). Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied. Fluent English is needed, as well as the native language of the country you are applying in. A valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application to be eligible for the programme. During the 10-month program and beyond, you might be required to travel within your country of application and across Europe.
