Enterprise Mobility is inviting applications for a Graduate Management Trainee based in Bedford. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with real responsibilities from day one.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but accommodations are made for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• From day one, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility and exposed to all areas of our business.
• Develop skills in customer service, reservations handling, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners, and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Learn operations and logistics, fleet management, strategic planning, and performance drive.
• Provide leadership and development by mentoring and training your team and progressing others as you grow.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Full manual UK driving licence

No disqualifying driving offences in last 5 years
