Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to develop leadership potential and potentially become a branch manager in a retail operation. From day one, candidates gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with supported growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience can substitute.
• Full UK or EU driving licence required
• No drug or alcohol offences on driving record in last five years

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve enquiries, build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and develop relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and profit/loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train team and promote others as you grow.
