Enterprise Mobility invites graduates to join its Graduate Management Training Programme. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll explore your leadership potential—and, in as little as two years, may become a branch manager in one of our retail operations.

From day one, you’ll take on real responsibilities and gain invaluable hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with classroom learning, mentorship, and structured growth to support your career

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; professional experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability are considered.
No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations, resolving inquiries, and building rapport with a diverse customer base.
Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships in sales and marketing.
Understand financial mechanics of the business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
Learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance in operations and logistics.
Take the lead in mentoring and developing your own team, with potential to promote others as you grow.
