Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee in the Derry/Londonderry area. You’ll rotate through customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a clear path to branch management in as little as two years.

From day one you’ll receive training, mentorship, and real responsibilities, helping you develop leadership skills and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.

Responsibilities

• deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
